About This Week’s Guest
Grace Derocha is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, certified health coach and certified mental health integrative medicine provider. She loves helping others learn how to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. Grace was born and raised in Michigan and attended Michigan State University where she received two bachelors of science degrees in dietetics and psychology. Later, she received her MBA from Wayne State University. Grace loves spreading the word of good nutrition, healthy eating, the importance of fitness, and positive mental health and wellbeing.
