Our Team
Mousumi Behari, Co-host
Mousumi leads the Strategy practice for a Digital Marketing firm in Chicago. She is passionate about women in technology/business and founded the Women’s group at her organization as well as Little CEOs, a marketing camp for young girls. Mousumi loves to travel, write and spend time with family and friends. She believes #WeAreOverworked opens the door to have critical conversations which connect women to supportive and diverse resulting in a better future not only for women, but for humanity.
Challin Baro, Co-host
Challin is a senior director in Marketing and Communications. She drives brand awareness and employee engagement at a technology consultancy. She’s also a chair for Women Tech Founders and is on the board of Embolden and Co. Her newest role will be adding “mom” to her growing list of titles! Challin is a passionate advocate for women’s equality and is looking forward to sharing diverse stories of women’s successes on the podcast.
Caitlin Danforth, Writer and Editor
Caitlin is a digital marketing specialist with a MS in Marketing from Indiana University. She believes in the power of marketing to bring together great storytelling and actionable data to tell compelling narratives. Caitlin is a voracious reader, mid-distance runner, and recovering perfectionist. She believes Overworked gives women the opportunity to redefine success by aligning their passions, purpose, and values.
Jill Berndtson, Producer
Jill is a recent class of 2020 grad and digital marketing associate. She loves using multimedia elements to create content that connects external audiences to brands. When she’s not working, she loves to travel, read, bake, and play with her dog. She has a passion for helping others and is excited to empower other women through the Overworked podcast.
